During the second 1.5 days training session on 21-22 August 2018, 8 human resources and professional accompaniment experts were certified as personal advisors specialized in the Luxembourg Digital Skills Bridge programme. The first training session took place in July and included 18 participants.

To recall, the aim of this training session is to train and prepare them for their role as Skills Bridge personal advisors. During the training, they were introduced to the Skills Bridge programme and received a detailed overview of the different phases the employees will cross during their time in the programme.

The official presentation of the ‘Skills Bridge personal advisor’ certificate will take place on 6 September at the Ministry of Labour, Employment and the Social and Solidarity Economy. This week, the first employees will start receiving their individual support for the pilot project.
